✦When your turn comes up, I must receive the payment first before I start working (at least 50%) before sketching.
✦Unless I received the full payment, the reservations are not accepted. After confirming your request, I will send an invoice through PayPal. The payment must be paid within 3 days after our discussion. If not, you will lose your slot. Please don't leave my message on seen when I'm asking about your slot confirmation.
✦Payment plans are accepted with commissions that have a high price (>250$).

✧Maximum slot for each commissioner is 2 orders.
✧Please note that the price list may be subject to change depending on the details of your commission.
✧I can fix the commission free for max 3 times. After 3 times, I will charge an extra $10 for each change.
✧After payment, you will not be able to change large details of your commission unless you pay an additional fee.
✧In case you have received a completed commission, you can contact me to discuss changes within 1 month if you do not like any details (a minor change like colors or my mistake on rendering your character’s details). After that, I will not be responsible anymore.
✧Please be patient, the commission may take about 1- 2 months to finish depending on the case (Calculate from the date the payment is fully paid). If I have a problem due to finishing your piece I will contact you first.
✧If the deadline is less than 2 weeks, an additional rush fee of 50% will be charged.
✧Don't seen the message I sent or intentionally ignore it for more than 2 weeks, in this case I will cancel your commission and will not refund you no matter what stage the CM progress is at (I will send a reminder a few times in advance to avoid the customer forgot, I don't arbitrarily cancel unreasonable).
✦For commercial commissions, prices are 2x or 3x depending on the project, here are some types of commercial use
1se to promote art, sell, and build brands, streaming, Youtube video thumbnails... Or small - medium business (printing on shirts, mugs... to sell in small shops) will be ×2 price.
2Used in large businesses (games, publications, etc.) will be ×3 price
✦Commissions are for personal use.
1If you wish to make a physical print of your commission, please inform me beforehand.
2Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use. If you wish to distribute your commission for profit, you will be subjected to commercial prices.
✧I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works if the idea is created by me. Clients cannot reuse or bring details in rejected sketches for someone else to draw, cut, and edit.
✧Please look carefully at my sample and consider it before ordering. I do not accept drawing in other people's styles!
✧Please understand if I decline your commission.
✧Do not accept commissions from people under 18 years old.
✧Maybe I will upload commissioned artworks on my gallery (add watermark +credit clients). If you don't feel like it, please note in your mail.
✧The artist will keep the commission file (including the final image and PS file) for up to 3 months.
✦You will receive the artwork with full size (JPG, PNG) when commission is completed.
✦By commissioning me, you have the right to: Repost the art on your social media, print the artwork for yourself, etc. without making any profit, money for it, and giving me as the artist for the art.
✦You are not allowed to edit, trace, take the credit for the art and make money from it.
✦You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
✦No trace, use commission products with NFT and AI.
